Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at Gorove Slade. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of traffic engineering studies, leading the development of TDM plans, and actively participating in networking activities to strengthen client relationships and expand our firm's presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement traffic engineering studies, including traffic impact studies, operational analysis, and safety evaluations.
  • Lead the development of TDM plans to optimize transportation systems and reduce congestion.
  • Participate in networking activities to strengthen client relationships and expand the firm's presence in the industry.
  • Analyze transportation data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative transportation solutions.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in traffic analysis tools (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM, HCS) and GIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in mentoring and team development.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
