Job Title: Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Actalent. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and records
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Triaging calls and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
