About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at The Joseph, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our guest service areas and guest rooms, ensuring that they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
