Job SummaryWe are seeking licensed therapists to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a licensed therapist, you will work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and guidance. Our ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and couples therapy to patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Conduct regular sessions with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Licensed in Washington State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and couples therapy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
