Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and teens, and a strong commitment to providing evidence-based therapy. As a therapist at Thrive Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical counseling services to clients as scheduled, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients' treatment teams, including PCPs, psychiatrists, and schools.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of work with clients, colleagues, and others.
  • Respond to clients' correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Complete records and reports on time for each client, in alignment with Practice policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work.
  • Maintain active, unrestricted license in the State of Washington (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC).
  • 3+ years of directly related work experience.
  • Residing in Washington State or having concrete plans to relocate to WA state.
  • Availability to provide counseling services during the days/times that our clients can most typically attend sessions (mid/late afternoon-evenings and/or weekend days).
