We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Nursing Care Associate to join our team. This is a full-time/part-time position working on the afternoon shift, 3p-11p.

Job Summary:

  • As a Senior Nursing Care Associate, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, working under the guidance of licensed nurses.
  • You will perform various tasks, including bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • You will also maintain clean living conditions, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Care for residents with dignity and respect, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
  2. Perform all duties in accordance with facility standards, Federal, and State regulations.
  3. Assist RNs and LPNs as needed, contributing to the delivery of quality care.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion.
  5. Support the overall well-being of residents by maintaining clean living conditions.

Qualifications:

  • You must have an active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of PA.
  • Experience is preferred but not required; we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
