Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Service Technician to join our team at Industrial Fumigant Company LLC. As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities to ensure effective pest management and control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to decide on the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs.
- Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and be self-motivated.
- Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
- Maintain accuracy of all customer and company records.
- Possess a strong work ethic and the willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- Ability to obtain necessary State pesticide licensure within 90 days of employment through training programs.
- Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat Endorsement to drive company-issued pickup truck within the first 90 days of employment.
- Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
