About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Trainee at Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME. As a Healthcare Support Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in our Nurse Aide Training Program, which includes both classroom and clinical training
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes employee growth and development

Requirements
  • Must obtain certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of training completion
