Job Summary:

Medtronic is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at our Dexter, MI site. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production and packaging of components used in our medical devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
  • Work from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets, and written or verbal assembly instructions.
  • Set initial layouts and use a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
  • Make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

Requirements:

  • Recommended basic job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures.
  • 0 years of experience required.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $33, $50,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $17.29 per hour.

Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
