POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
  • Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
  • Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
  • Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
  • May work at different workstations as production needs require.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
