Our Mission Assurance organization is seeking a highly skilled Principal/Senior Principal Engineer NDT to join our team of experts in the field of non-destructive testing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing unique non-destructive inspection techniques, methods, and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
Working closely with design, project, and quality engineers, you will select and implement the best NDT method to ensure product quality at the lowest cost.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, with 5+ years as a Level III ultrasonic inspector, or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience and 5 years as a Level III ultrasonic inspector.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Clearance and Special Program Access is also required.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with phased-array or MAUS, multiple Level III ASNT certification, DoD Secret Clearance, and Special Program Access.
Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $88,600 - $133,000, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off.
