The Client Solutions Supervisor role within the Roofing Target Market is pivotal in managing a team of Client Project Coordinators, overseeing the complete process of receiving, processing, shipping, and fulfilling customer orders for Sika Sarnafil products and services. This position also involves supporting the assigned region with high-level sales administrative tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational service delivery to clients. The role reports directly to the Customer Operations Manager in Roofing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Sika Sarnafil products, services, and operational protocols related to Sales and Distribution.
- Utilize the SAP Sales and Distribution module to efficiently manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Oversee major customer accounts within the region.
- Monitor SAP-generated lists to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and proactively address customer needs.
- Ensure proficiency in Salesforce, assisting Client Project Coordinators in resolving basic issues.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce team to allocate the appropriate Client Project Coordinators to respective accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant product experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to present information and address inquiries from various organizational levels.
- Proficient in SAP Sales and Distribution, MS Word, MS Excel, and IBM Lotus Notes.
