Job Title: Functional Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement functional Salesforce solutions that meet client business needs
  • Manage complex projects, including project timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Provide pre-sales support, including effort estimates and staffing decisions
  • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customer requirements
  • Design and implement elegant Salesforce solutions, including configuration of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Automotive Cloud Solutions
  • Assist with documentation of testing steps and provide hands-on technical assistance to developers
  • Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
  • Contribute to thought leadership across the platform and participate in practice development
Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Classic to Lightning
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Salesforce products
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
