About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ultrasound Procedures: Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with approved practices and department policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting Radiologists: Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and patient care.
  • Instrumentation and Data Analysis: Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory and operation of instruments that detect, display, and store acoustic information.
  • Patient Monitoring: Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Applicants must have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma and hold current ARDMS certifications or AART (S) or ARDMS Registry/ARRT (S) Eligible.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect for patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Work Approach and Prioritization: Possess a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
