Position Overview

The Dewitt Companies is a reputable organization with extensive experience in the logistics sector, providing numerous opportunities for career advancement. We are currently seeking a qualified Material Handler to become a vital part of our warehouse operations. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.

COMPENSATION: $18.35

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Constructing specialized crates for various shipments.
  • Securing and covering trucks with tarps.
  • Efficiently loading and unloading container shipments.
  • Proficiency in using pneumatic tools such as sandblasters, sanders, nail guns, and pneumatic drills is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A positive and proactive attitude is required.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Competence in following both verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age.
