Role Overview:
As a Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will oversee production activities, providing guidance and coordination to various manufacturing teams engaged in the creation of metallic and non-metallic composite products for aerospace, governmental, and commercial sectors. Your primary focus will be to ensure safe and efficient operations that align with customer delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage manufacturing and quality engineering teams.
- Oversee production schedules and ensure personnel development.
- Enhance overall business performance through strategic initiatives.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $155,000-$165,000 with an additional 5% bonus.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 10 years in a related manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
Essential Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and systems.
- Experience with aerospace materials, including both metallic and composite types.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities, with multitasking proficiency.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Experience in developing and managing departmental budgets and capital projects.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and systems.
