Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Surgical Program Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating the activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient program operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate program services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation and records to support regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Participate in injury prevention initiatives and activities to promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years' registered nurse experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
