Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist specializing in MFM and OB/GYN. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to their profession.
As a medical sonographer, your responsibilities will include performing sonographic imaging procedures for patients across all age groups while collaborating with esteemed physicians. You will take the initiative to ensure the imaging orders are complete and accurate, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The Ultrasound Technologist will operate in an inpatient setting and should have a robust understanding of Maternal Fetal Medicine and OB/GYN, as well as the ability to perform abdominal and vascular scans. Various shifts are available, including days, evenings, and nights, with no on-call duties.
Required qualifications include:
- Associate's Degree in Ultrasound Technology or completion of an accredited Sonography Program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), and current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- A minimum of two years of ultrasound experience.
- Proof of COVID vaccinations is required.
