OMNI MANOR INC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Windsor House at Champion in Warren, OH. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for admitting new residents, assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff, monitoring resident care, and supervising other nursing staff.

**Responsibilities:**

* Admit new residents and ensure a smooth transition to our care
* Assign and delegate duties to non-licensed nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery
* Monitor resident care and supervise other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
* Perform ongoing assessments of residents' physical and mental health
* Explain procedures and treatment protocols to residents and their families

**Qualifications:**

* LPN License
* Patience, Compassion, Kindness
* Critical thinking skills
* Knowledge of infection control practices
* Observational & Communication skills
* Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
