Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and uphold SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines pertinent to CSSO responsibilities.
  • Guarantee the secure handling, transmission, and protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Conduct investigations and document any security breaches related to SCI.
  • Collaborate with collateral security personnel to achieve mission objectives.
  • Facilitate various security operations and training sessions.
  • Manage tasks associated with the SCI Personnel Security Program.
  • Process requests for SCI positions and oversee polygraph requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to established physical security standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of dedicated experience in SCI security.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Intelligence Community Directives and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and sound decision-making skills.
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; readiness to obtain Polygraph clearance.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Completion of formal SSO certification training and SCIF physical security course.
  • Familiarity with Army Centralized Contracts and Security Portal, DISS, Scattered Castles, and SIMS.
  • Understanding of Contract Security operations.
  • U.S. Citizenship with a current Final Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility.
