Job Summary
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for treating clients with speech or language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular progress updates to agency personnel and parents.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality services to clients according to established treatment plans, conduct regular evaluations, and maintain detailed records of client progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, providing them with information on their child's progress and suggesting activities to supplement the speech therapy program.
  • Conduct regular assessments to measure client progress against professional guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client evaluation results and share best practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry literature and attend seminars to enhance professional skills.
Requirements:
  • New Jersey Speech and Language Pathology license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
