Job Overview
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for treating clients with speech or language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular progress updates to agency personnel and parents.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality services to clients according to established treatment plans, conducting regular evaluations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Establish strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and suggesting activities to supplement the speech therapy program.
  • Regularly assess client progress, using professional guidelines to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and discuss client evaluation results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry literature and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • New Jersey Speech and Language Pathology license required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency highly desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
