We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with special needs in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing Behavior Plans: Develop and implement behavior plans to support students with special needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- 1:1 Support: Provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Data Collection and Documentation: Collect and document data on student progress, collaborating with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BCBA and other educational professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
- Active RBT Certification: Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Experience working in the school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Special Education or Psychology.
- ABA Experience: Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly desirable.
