Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a personable and committed individual to become a vital part of our guest services team as a guest services representative. In this role, you will be tasked with welcoming visitors, managing their accounts, and ensuring a memorable experience for each guest. Compensation:

$14 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints as necessary
  • Welcome and check-in guests, offering precise information and support
  • Assist with questions regarding room reservations, pricing, amenities, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts
  • Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a hospitality position is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Capability to manage phone inquiries and resolve issues with composure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reservation systems
