Job Overview: Children's Minnesota, a leading pediatric health system in the United States, seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Neonatology team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional medical care to critically ill newborns in our Level IV NICU. With over 1,900 neonatal visits annually, our program is one of the largest in the nation.

About Us: Children's Minnesota is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to delivering world-class pediatric care. Our comprehensive services include primary care clinics, specialty clinics, and seven rehabilitation sites across the Upper Midwest.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with neonatologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for high-risk newborns. Utilize your expertise and evaluative tools to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Current MN Physician Assistant License
  • National Certification (NCCPA)
  • Current NRP certification
  • Current BLS certification
A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, make this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
