Universal Banker III

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Universal Banker III to join our team at Salem Five. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our market share, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Salem Five's market share in the communities we serve.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with branch management and internal business partners to uncover customer needs and make referrals to cross-sell products and services.
- Engage in defined sales activities, including outbound calling, and record each point of customer contact in our system of record.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to branch sales goals, and engage in divisional campaigns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to five years' experience in a retail or banking environment or early mastery of Universal Banker II responsibilities required.
- Some supervisory or management experience required.
- Ability to quickly learn and adhere to all policies and procedures related to branch operations.
- Proficient with mobile smart phones, desktop applications, and the Internet.
