About the Role
At Peeples Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including data management, record-keeping, and reporting. They will also be required to provide data entry support and organize existing data in spreadsheets. Additionally, they will be responsible for operating common office equipment, such as scanners and printers, and sorting and organizing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out various clerical duties, including data management, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Provide data entry support and organize existing data in spreadsheets.
  • Operate common office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
  • Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
  • Assist supervisor in processing weekly stock orders.
  • Ensure that credits are received for returned parts.
  • Returns parts and cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit.
  • Matches purchase orders and invoices, approves, and forwards to the accounting office.
  • Files company copies of parts counter invoices.
  • Picks up and delivers parts and equipment.
  • Checks with the supervisor before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.
  • Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
  • Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills. You must also be able to lift 30lbs and perform other related duties as assigned. Furthermore, you will need to apply common understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
