Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a strategic role in driving business decisions and supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with our Accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering with business units to develop and validate financial plans.
  • Partner with key business owners to better understand the business and explain budget versus actual results.
  • Develop financial metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the company and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  • Work directly with the Controller to support key initiatives and provide visibility into the financials of the business.
  • Perform strategic ad-hoc analyses and research to turn data into more insightful information driving business decisions.
