As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing research protocols across all therapeutic areas, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective holistic care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement research protocols, adhering to hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
- Advocate for the delivery of safe and effective care to patients, balancing clinical needs with research requirements.
- Care for a diverse range of patients, from healthy volunteers to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of research protocols into patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and clinical practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Active RN licensure (FL or compact license required for hire).
- At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- BLS Certification through AHA.
- Prefers oncology experience.
