Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement research protocols, adhering to hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Advocate for the delivery of safe and effective care to patients, balancing clinical needs with research requirements.
  • Care for a diverse range of patients, from healthy volunteers to critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless integration of research protocols into patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest research and clinical practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Active RN licensure (FL or compact license required for hire).
  • At least 3 years of nursing experience.
  • BLS Certification through AHA.
  • Prefers oncology experience.
