Job Summary:

As a Rental Fleet Clerk at Avis Budget Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our rental fleet department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the entry and exit of vehicles, managing vehicle movements between locations, and maintaining accurate records of car movements, registrations, and other paperwork. You will also process invoices, answer phones, and communicate with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
* Manage vehicle movements between locations
* Maintain accurate records of car movements, registrations, and other paperwork
* Process invoices and answer phones

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)
