Part-Time Fleet Organizer in Lihue Hawaii

This role pays $21.40 per hour and is located at the Enterprise, Alamo, National Lihue Service Center. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Center Supervisor with fleet movement, lot organization, vehicle inventory, and the execution of overall lot and fleet organization at the Service Center facilities and off-lots.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that all vehicles are located in the appropriate area(s). You will also coordinate and/or execute on our asset control, fleet reconciliation, and damage evaluation initiatives. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how and why we manage our fleet.

Responsibilities:Lot OrganizationAs a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the Service Center location(s), including off-site lots and rental facilities
- Lot organization of Out of Service and Parts Cars
- Managing unit activity to and from the Service Center, including the coordination of pick-ups and drop offs, on and off site with vendors to and from a variety of locations, while ensuring that lot space is used effectively to maximize lot flow and productivity
You will be responsible for:
- Utilizing computer systems such as Unit Services, RALPH, Odyssey, and ECARS to monitor and track vehicles based on movement type, such as recalls, deletes, and cars needing preventative maintenance
- Segregating vehicles based on sold vehicles and vehicles needing de-fueling and repairs
- Inspecting vehicles for damage prior to fleet movement to ensure that proper check-in process is followed
You will be responsible for:
- Executing daily fleet inventory unit counts
- Utilizing programs to report Out of Service units and provide updates on vehicles and downtime
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as the point of contact for the driver team daily
- Providing administrative support for the Service Center Supervisor

Qualifications:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 pounds while performing preventative maintenance duties
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work 20-29 hours/week, which may include weekends and holidays
