About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients and families, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional manner

We offer a competitive salary of $31,900 - $43,900 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
