Club Suites Supervisor

The Catering Supervisor is a key member of the premium department, responsible for supporting the successful execution of events in the exclusive premium areas of the stadium. This includes holiday parties, corporate events, and other high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of assigned areas during premium events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Interact with VIP clients and guests, providing exceptional service and responding promptly to their needs.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns, demonstrating a sense of urgency and empathy.
- Ensure all premium event spaces, pantries, and equipment are properly set and ready for each event, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance, promoting employee growth, and fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient ordering.
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality, interacting with coworkers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, verifying accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
- Follow and encourage premium team members to follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting any unsafe work conditions and completing company-wide safety training.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience working with a POS system, with a strong understanding of customer service and communication principles.
- Fast-paced problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Personable, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Service industry experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
