Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Specialist to join the RATP Dev team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including floors, walkways, and storage areas.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners.
  • Refill restroom soap and paper dispensers.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor issues.
  • Participate in company safety training program and report any potential safety hazards to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and custodial procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
