Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Sr to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for various funding sources.
  • Establish and manage program cost baselines.
  • Conduct Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets, including EFS, SAP, and others.
  • Prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and accompanying recommendations for presentation to leadership.
  • Work with Proposal actions and Compliance checks with Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Finance background and experience.
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Desired skills: LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) familiarity, experience with EFS, SAP, and Tableau, multi-functional Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, and knowledge of the Defense industry.

  • Competitive salary range: $71,000 - $136,000.
