Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for assisting with contract Earned Value Management System (EVMS) setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing.
Responsibilities- Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for various funding sources.
- Establish and manage program cost baselines.
- Conduct Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets, including EFS, SAP, and others.
- Prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and accompanying recommendations for presentation to leadership.
- Work with Proposal actions and Compliance checks with Engineering.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and at least 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance and have proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) and experience with EFS, SAP, and Tableau are highly desirable.
