- Build and maintain customer relationships, following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing questions.
- Collaborate with the agency to achieve marketing objectives.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
