Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Automation Systems Engineer III to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing control systems and components, equipment, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and test all aspects of control systems and components, equipment, and machinery.
  • Installation and Qualification: Install and operational qualify tool/jig, equipment, control system, PLC based hardware and software, and all associated documentation at all facility locations.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply principles and techniques of electrical and mechanical engineering to accomplish goals.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain products/equipment, train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed.
  • Project Management: Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the project needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation or Controls Engineering, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, required.
  • Experience: 4-7 years related experience in the field or in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in most, if not all, of the following competencies/skills: Instrument Control, Performance Analysis, Power Management, Process Optimization, Reliability Analysis, Schematic Capture, Statistical Process Control, Technical Troubleshooting, Control Systems, Device Integration, SCADA Architecture, Programmable Logic Control (PLC) write/edit/program/troubleshoot, Human Machine Interface (HMI), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Software.
  • Knowledge: Understand regulated type industries, knowledge of medical device manufacturer and supplies knowledge, world-class manufacturing knowledge, experience in creating BOM for projects, design control systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
  • Lifting and Moving: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel: This position may require domestic and international travel.
