- Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure a smooth and efficient childcare experience
- Experience working with children, preferably in a nanny or childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on children's lives
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
