Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a reputable school district. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students' communication needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and objectives.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and techniques to enhance students' communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community.
