We are seeking an experienced Engineering Process Improvement Expert to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of production operation time standards, tracking cost and schedule performance at the part level, and establishing efficiency calculations. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Product Lead, and other Program Support Teams to refine and improve production processes in an RF and microelectronics environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field and 2 years of related professional experience. Strong knowledge and understanding of Production/Industrial Engineering concepts, as well as tools and skills for driving continuous improvement projects, are essential. Experience with process simulation modeling, particularly Simio, is also highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
