We are seeking an Engineering Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading human-centered product design efforts, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and subject matter experts to develop user-centered solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the delivery of product definition and direction to technical teams through user-centered observation methods
- Presenting results to customers through written and oral presentations
- Supporting business development through proposal writing and strategic partnerships
Experience in various stages of product design, from concept and prototyping to refinement, risk mitigation, and validation, is essential. A strong background in engineering psychology or related fields is also required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
