Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our operations as a Coating Specialist. This role involves transitioning between various tasks including spin dipping and sand blasting, while efficiently loading lightweight components onto the spray line. This position offers a valuable opportunity for motivated individuals to gain extensive knowledge about our processes and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Applying specialized coating materials using bulk coating systems, such as dip tanks and coating vats, in accordance with customer specifications outlined in written instructions.
  • Maintaining adherence to company policies and quality standards.
  • Exhibiting a strong commitment to high-quality production.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Embracing a positive attitude and dependability through consistent attendance and performance.

  • Following the Company Quality Management System and all relevant work instructions.
  • Prioritizing safety in all work activities.
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical Requirements

This role involves:

  • Continuous standing and walking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional sitting for specific tasks.
  • Frequent crouching for lifting materials and inventory management.
  • Constant reaching for handling small parts and materials, primarily between waist and shoulder level, with some overhead reaching required.
  • The ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Qualifications
