Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the bar staff in delivering outstanding guest experiences across various bar locations.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of bar areas, while addressing any facility needs promptly.
- Create and innovate seasonal cocktail menus that balance guest enjoyment with profitability.
- Manage staffing schedules for bartenders and barbacks to align with business demands, overseeing payroll processes to meet budgetary targets.
- Oversee inventory management for bar supplies, including procurement, invoice reconciliation, and conducting inventory audits.
- Maintain a detailed recipe database and perform cost analysis to support menu enhancements.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new members of the bar team.
- Administer beverage menus, point-of-sale systems, and inventory data to guarantee accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for the bar team to advance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the catering department on procurement, special requests, and financial transfers.
- Establish strong partnerships with suppliers to secure premium products and provide educational resources for staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and comprehensive cleaning sessions to maintain high standards.
- Review online feedback and organize discussions with the bar team to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service and ongoing education in beverage management is essential.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Physical endurance to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and transport items weighing between 25-50 pounds.
