Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships with suppliers to secure premium products and provide educational resources for staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and comprehensive cleaning sessions to maintain high standards.
  • Review online feedback and organize discussions with the bar team to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service and ongoing education in beverage management is essential.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
