ICU Director

We are a Level I trauma hospital seeking an exceptional ICU Director to lead our 50-bed ICU. As a key member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to forge meaningful relationships with physicians, leaders, and team members, all while making a significant impact on our patients during critical moments in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team that includes 4 Associate Directors, 2 RN Operations Specialists, and a Clinical Support Associate.
- Ensure safe, compassionate, effective, and evidence-based clinical care that is focused on positive outcomes and innovative solutions.
- Lead and manage strategic clinical operations, leveraging your expertise to drive excellence in patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and team members to develop and implement effective care strategies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive care management experience with a strong understanding of clinical care management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing strategic clinical operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead change effectively.
