We are a Level I trauma hospital seeking an exceptional ICU Director to lead our 50-bed ICU

In this role, you will have the opportunity to forge meaningful relationships with physicians, leaders, and team members, all while making a significant impact on our patients during critical moments in their lives.


We are looking for a leader who embraces change and is committed to being an active change agent, dedicated to meeting the needs of our patients and their families. You will ensure safe, compassionate, effective, and evidence-based clinical care that is focused on positive outcomes and innovative solutions.


The Director of Nursing will oversee a team that includes 4 Associate Directors, 2 RN Operations Specialists, and a Clinical Support Associate. Our hospital is on the path to becoming a thrombectomy-capable center and has earned the 2023 “Get with the Guidelines Gold Plus Target Stroke Elite Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll.”


Also offering a $15K Sign-On Bonus


Requirements:


3-5 years of progressive care management experience with a strong understanding of clinical care management.

Proven experience in leading and managing strategic clinical operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to lead change effectively.
