We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Franklin VNA and Hospice. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of our RNs and Clinical & Staff Development Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care, including taking and recording vital statistics, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients.
- Perform light Homemaker duties, such as changing linens and maintaining a healthy and safe environment.
- Adhere to patient/client care plans and report any changes in condition or situations to the Nursing supervisor.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising.
- Monitor patients to detect health problems and advise the Nursing supervisor.
- Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff.
- High School diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Licensed Nursing Assistant program.
- Current Certification/Licensure for State of New Hampshire is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an LNA or related role required.
- Competitive Pay - starts at $18.00 hour.
- $1,500 sign on bonus after your one-year anniversary with Franklin VNA & Hospice.
- Excellent Hours - work Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm and 1 weekend a month.
