Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on health education, wound care, and medication management.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimal care.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of recent experience in home health or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
