Job Title: Parts Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory control department, you will be responsible for managing our stock levels, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Work with manufacturers and corporate purchasing department to source high-quality parts.
  • Communicate effectively with service personnel to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Process payments and check out customers in a timely manner.
  • Provide price quotes and other related information to customers in person or over the phone.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management software are necessary.
  • The ability to lift between 10-50 lbs on occasion and stand for long periods is also required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
