Procurement Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Procurement to join our team at ilani. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the direction, oversight, and performance of the Purchasing and Warehouse departments.

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure the best possible value for ilani.
• Lead a team of procurement professionals to source and procure goods and services from a diverse range of suppliers.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ilani's procurement practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, plus five years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, complex casino and/or hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Two years of leadership experience in a purchasing environment, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
• Three years of experience purchasing a variety of products and services, with a proven track record of negotiating and managing contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using purchasing and inventory software systems.
